We are what we build, and we try to act like that matters.
01
We value technical and communication ability, and people who own it.
02
Programming is worthless unless it moves the needle for our clients. We value results.
Mission: Build great software. Never forget it's personal.
Since our founding in 1996 we've understood how much is riding on the success of the software we build. When we started MyProgrammer over 20 years ago, we quickly recognized how critical and personal the success of our projects were to our clients. In many cases, everything was at stake. It is a responsibility we don’t take lightly.
We didn't choose our name. Our clients did.
When our founder first visited clients they often introduced him by saying ``this is Rob. He's my programmer.`` The name stuck. Many times we get the best ideas from our clients, and that is definitely the case when it comes to our name. We like our name because it reflects the personal nature of our business. It’s personal. Every time.

Our Mission
Build cost-effective, high quality custom software while providing exceptional service. We understand that custom software can only be successful if it is high quality and cost-effective. Otherwise it will not provide sufficient value to justify the effort. We also know that building custom software is a long-term relationship. It is an investment from our side and our clients. Our mission is to fuse quality, affordability and excellent service to drive exceptional value. That’s been our strategy since 1996.
Our Manifesto
Establish trust. Ensure the job is done right. Produce meaningful results. You are putting a lot of faith in our team to deliver. Trust is the foundation of a long, mutually beneficial relationship. We earn your trust by verifying that the work being done meets industry standards. The job has to be done right. But it also has to provide the right solution. Not just any solution. These are the things that drive us.
